Belvedere degli Olivi produces an
excellent extravirgin olive oil, directly from the trees
that surround the property.
Lucky is the guest who visits during the harvest and the
pressing of the olives (October- November), for he shall
taste the freshly pressed oil on a slice of toasted
bread, the famous "bruschetta" celebrated in Spello with
a Fair, on the second to last Sunday of Carnival. |
